BioI was born in NYC to an Asian/White mixed couple in the year Sputnik was launched.
Where have I lived? A more appropriate question might be where HAVEN'T I lived. Primarily though it was New York, Arizona, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Florida, North Carolina, and right now Washington.
I didn't become an astronaut. Its the poetry of space travel that I love. Instead I became a musician, and armed with my much loved Celtic harp I ran off to join the circus at the late age of thirty-five. (IE: I became a touring renaissance faire minstrel.)
There are those who've called me a bard, and say they can see the fairies gather round me listening when I play. I have no reason to doubt them. I'm not a virtuoso performer by any stretch, but music is my power and whatever I have, people want to listen to it.
I've also been moderately well known in 'filk' circles.
Being born into what used to be called the space age may not have determined the course of my life, but it has had a profound impact on my spirit. Though I love home, family, and community, my heart is in love with the journey. Caution may slow me down, but ultimately danger is never enough reason not to do something.
